Mid-term Updates

Hello Members! 

 
We would like to congratulate all of you for a successful first half of a semester! We have kicked off three projects and four programs with a healthy member base but we want to make sure everyone gets a chance to be involved. Below is a list of all of the projects and programs we are currently running with time and dates. Please feel free to email us about any questions you may have or if you would like more information on a specific project or program. We are very excited about you all and want to help you all learn about the exciting world of Electrical and Computer engineering.

Quad copter:

Fun and interesting project for the members to learn about aerodynamics and programming in three dimensions.
 
 
Programs

Senior Saviors-
Created to help seniors and in Electrical and Computer engineering get projects to work one before graduation while helping other disciple in their complex projects
 
Student Outreach-
IEEE goes to middle/high schools to give a presentation about engineering, teach basic Electrical and Computer engineering concepts, and showcases our current developments in the engineering field
 
Student Workshops
Meetings every Thursday at 3:30-5:00PM in room 1109
IEEE does internal membership workshops teaching a whole range of engineering concepts ranging from microprocessors to soldering
 
Create, Collab, Complete! (CCC)
IEEE collaborates with many different organizations to help with their overall projects so that we all can learn about the different fields in engineering.
